What people ask us
How good is the Creole, really?
It's the most important question, and we're not going to lie about it. Haitian Creole has less training data than French or English, so no provider reaches the same accuracy. That's why we keep three versions of the transcript (raw, normalized, and the one you correct), and why the project vocabulary improves proper nouns directly.
Can the AI cut in the middle of a word?
No. A cut is never proposed if it overlaps a word in the transcript. We leave a safety margin on each side, and we always keep some pause left so the speech sounds natural.
Is my original video changed?
Never. Every edit is a decision list (EDL) that lives beside the file. A render is always the original file plus one EDL version, so you can go back to any version at any time.
Are my videos used to train models?
No, not by default. Your private videos are yours.
